Background of the Trust
14 years ago, Mr. Sanjay Patil, being a disabled person himself, felt a noble intention that disabled and destitute people can walk in society and lead a life with self-respect like others. By putting this wish in the ears of a respected person of Shirol, he showed the way to form trust. Based on his idea, this trust was established on 03/13/2019 and the approval of the government was received on 15/02/2020.
It was a small effort to prevent the self-suffering and humiliation caused to other disabled and impoverished people.
All members of the Board of Trustees continue to support this effort. Out of that, our organization for the disabled brothers has shown the way to live with self-respect to 40-50 people for the purpose of making and selling incense. At present every disabled person is getting Rs 7-8000 per month from this initiative. This small effort will surely propel the progress of the organization.
